!?!?!? Three (3) Proposals ?!?!?!

To: Master Senator Nelson
Fro: Florida Home Owners

Dear Samm:

My First Proposal: BEFORE any entity can initiate a ' FORECLOSURE
process ' of a rental property: REQUIRE that the entity initiating the
foreclosure retain the services of a "Property Management" company in
order to ALLOW the tenants to CONTINUE to OCCUPY the rental property
UNLESS or UNTIL their lease contract agreement is breached.

My Second Proposal: Either BEFORE or DURING the ' foreclosure process
' of a rental property: REQUIRE that the entity initiating the
foreclosure make an OFFER to TRANSFER the property to the tenants on a
'take over payments' basis, EITHER as an individual OR co-operative
tenant entity.

My Third Proposal: AFTER a foreclosure process has been taken place:
REQUIRE that whichever entity retains ownership of the rental property
MAINTAIN & UPKEEP the rental property in order to meet the local
building codes in exactly the same manner and degree that any other
local property owner would be required to do so according to local and
state building code laws.

Thank U for your earnest ethical consideration in these manners.

Sincerely,

.[Square].

.[St. Pete].
